Our commitment to diversity, equity & inclusion

KloudPortal is committed to fostering equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) as integral aspects of its workplace culture and operations. We strive to create an environment where all employees feel valued and respected, recognizing that EDI is not only good practice but also essential for business success. Our policies aim to eliminate bullying, harassment, victimization, and unlawful discrimination while promoting dignity and respect for individual differences. This commitment is reinforced through regular training for managers and employees about their rights and responsibilities under our EDI policy.

We take complaints of bullying, harassment, or discrimination seriously and address them under our grievance and disciplinary procedures. Serious violations may result in dismissal or legal action where appropriate. KloudPortal also prioritizes equal opportunities for training, development, and career progression for all employees to help them reach their full potential. Employment decisions are based on merit, ensuring fairness across all levels. Additionally, we regularly review our practices to align with legal updates and monitor workforce diversity to assess the effectiveness of our EDI initiatives. These efforts are fully supported by senior management and are a cornerstone of KloudPortal’s inclusive culture.

Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Policy

KloudPortal is proud to uphold its commitment to fostering equal opportunity and an inclusive workplace, guided by Indian employment laws and regulations. We strive to create an environment where every employee thrives because of their unique differences, not despite them. Our policies ensure that all employment actions—including hiring, promotion, and compensation—are conducted without regard to race, caste, religion, gender (including pregnancy, gender identity, and expression), sexual orientation, age, disability, ethnicity, or any other protected characteristics recognized under Indian law.

KloudPortal complies with applicable Indian labor laws, including the Equal Remuneration Act and the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act. We provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals for disabilities and religious practices as required by law. Additionally, we are committed to creating a workplace free from harassment and discrimination, addressing complaints seriously through our grievance and disciplinary procedures. By embedding these principles into our operations, KloudPortal ensures fairness, equity, and dignity for all employees while contributing to a more inclusive society.
